Hiring Fitness Coach Tri Cities

Location: 5252 Outlet Drive Pasco, WA 99301

Hours: Part Time (15 hours a week) Need to be available Monday and Thursday 3:00-6:30 PM, and Tuesday 2:30 – 6:30 PM

Pay: $19-$25 / hour + incentives

As Performance Coach at Parisi Speed School, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional coaching sessions to athletes while contributing to the growth and professionalism of the business. This position requires a strong commitment to personal development and upholding high standards of coaching, business growth, self-development, and professionalism.

Performance Coach Job Requirements 

• Professionalism:

• Coaching:

• • Consistently greet clients by name and maintain a proactive coaching approach.
  • Coach throughout sessions, providing visual demonstrations and maintaining a strong presence.
  • Demonstrate a strong coaching presence by being proactive and engaged.
  • Provide visual demonstrations for clients to enhance their understanding.
  • Maintain a professional and energetic demeanor during coaching sessions.

• Business: 
  • Participate in at least one community event per quarter to promote the Parisi brand.
  • Regularly engage with athletes and parents to maintain positive relationships.
  • Identify at least one opportunity per month to differentiate the Parisi brand in the community.
  • Actively seek at least one referral from clients or parents every month.
  • Share at least one positive client testimonial or success story on social media every month.

• Self-Development:

• • Read at least one book related to coaching or personal development every month.
  • Complete one online course or workshop related to coaching or fitness every quarter.
  • Attend at least one live event or seminar related to coaching or business growth twice a year.
  • Set and review personal and professional goals monthly.
  • Seek feedback from colleagues or mentors on coaching performance quarterly.
• Requirement:
  • 2 year degree OR a certification through NASM, NSCA or comparable.
